These are simple steps to follow for free installation of APK files to Android Phone.

Step I: Download Android SDK

Step II: Install Android SDK on PC

Step III: Download USB drivers to connect SDK to your phone via USB

Step IV: Go to Setting

Step V: After Setting, Go to Application Setting

Step VI: Enable Unknown Source at Application Setting

Step VII: Come back to Setting, and go to SD Card and Phone Storage

Step VIII: Disable Use for USB Storage

Step IX: Open Command Prompt and Type adb install path/to/file.apk*

*file.apk is the filename of application to be installed. So write the name of the file same as the file name written in memory card.
